About Adam

Hi! My name is Adam Cloudt (Kloot). I am a REALTOR® and your future go to real estate consultant, expert, & teammate!

I have had a love for real estate for many years. I am dedicated to providing the best possible service by first understanding my client's goals & needs. I can then provide my clients with intuitive, genuine & practical support and accurate & sound advice. I will accomplish this by being attentive & patient while remaining assertive and communicating quickly & effectively!

I utilize resources provided by my real estate brokerage, eXp Realty, local, state, & national REALTOR® organizations, and many others to continue my education on an ongoing basis. This allows me to be the best for my clients, my family, and myself by staying on top of or ahead on local knowledge, real estate knowledge, research skills, negotiation skills, market analysis, time management, techniques to close a deal, policy knowledge, and so much more!

My wife and I have been married for over 13 years. Our skateboarding family includes a seven year old daughter, Emma Sue, and two year old identical twin boys, Ollie and Archie. We enjoy our time living in our little hometown of West Columbia, the first capital of the Republic of Texas, where we own an awesome little shop called Harper's Mercantile. We also love living a short drive from the Houston area and all it has to offer.
